Tilapi-yum!

I made baked tilapia with papaya-mango salsa and avocado for dinner, to which I added steamed green beans tossed in a hot orange-garlic sauce. I'm pretty pleased with myself. Now I'm enjoying a very small glass of Bodega Bay Portworks white port.

Dentist appointments really freak me out, but I made it through 3 fillings with little problem today, thanks to my new dentist at Atherton Dental. She's not cheap, but she's worth it.

Not much else to report today--planning to hit up the Tae Bo again because the dentist cut into my planned yoga class. After that, good night!
