January Goals

A mix of work, personal, and fitness goals.

  • Do my diaries on time, every day.
  • Do the Wii Fit progress chart every day.
  • Go to boot camp 3 times per week.
  • Go swimming once a week.
  • Bring lunch from home at least 3 days per week.
  • Eat 5+ fruits and veggies every day.
  • Make a dentist appointment.

    Take care and good luck with your triathalon training! Oh, and too funny about the Wii Mii...I literally got to watch my tummy expand when I weighed in recently! Unfortunately, I do carry my weight in my tummy!
